Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide Desktop Support to End-Users
· Install, Configure and Maintain Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Scanners & Other peripherals
· Perform basic trouble shooting of LAN/Wifi
· Troubleshoot Desktop Engineering Issues related to Hardware Failures or malfunctions of Laptop/Desktop/Printers/Scanner/other peripheral devices
· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints trough effective communication.
· Follow IT Policies, SOP’s & Service Management Processes
Job Requirement
· Graduated or Diploma on Computer Engg. Or related field
· 1 Plus year of Experience in Desktop support engg. Or a related filed
· Strong Knowledge of Windows Desktop and laptops
· L1 level troubleshoot of Printers/Scanners
· Basic understanding of Network concept
· Ability of manage multiple support requests
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
