We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Prepare daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Discipline).
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada. Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
