Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead logistics transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish logistics KPIs and monitor operational performance.
Drive cost optimization while maintaining service levels
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop logistics managers and operational teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Manage resource planning and organizational capability development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Experience
5 -7 years of people leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of USA Logistics.
Experience managing 3PLs, carriers, and logistics vendors.
Advanced Excel and data analysis
KPI dashboard reporting
Location- Delhi/NCR
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
