- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Handle employee exit processes, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
