WE NEED MECHANICAL ENGINEER FOR STORE MANAGEMENT FOR INWARD AND OUTWARD ENTRIES AS WELL AS MAINTAIN THE STOCK OF ALL RAW MATERIAL AND READY PURCHASE ITEMS.
- Managing inward and outward in stores
- Coordinating internal teams.
- Maintaining inventory stock levels (min/ max/ buffer)
- Preparing GRN on regular basis
- Stocking in warehouse after its receipt and issuing as per requirement.
- Managing / selling waste with the help of maintenance head
- Responsible for the smooth operation of all store keeping operations
- Negotiate for best cost with good quality product
- Keeping records of Vendors and timely clearance of their bills
- Maintaining housekeeping of store Area
- Updating internal customers for their requirements on regular basis
- Manage purchase of consumables and report for inventory variance to purchase officer.
- Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inventory, Inward / outward register, Rejection report, Vendor database, Scrap disposal records ,Returnable / non-returnable gate pass.
- Responsible for All Dispatch of Materials.
- Transfer between stores/sites.
- Should have experience of ERP System well.
- Coordination with the production Logistic Team
- Desired Candidate Profile:-
·· Proven work experience as a store executive or similar role
·· Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors)
·· Hands-on experience in Same Domain the with a Minimum of 2 to 5 Years of Experience
·· Negotiation skills
·· Minimum Graduation
- MFG or Pump industry is preferable.
