Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Audit & Risk Assurance
- Conduct internal, concurrent, branch, and operational audits for Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Broking firms.
- Review controls in Credit, Treasury, Operations, Compliance, AML/KYC, IT, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Perform IFC/ICFR testing, regulatory compliance reviews, and vendor/outsourcing audits.
- Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements.
- Develop audit plans, risk assessments, and audit work programs.
2. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Support governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Conduct compliance audits and gap assessments under RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and other regulations.
- Assist in policy development, board evaluations, BCP/DRP, and operational resilience reviews.
3. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Implement and strengthen ERM frameworks.
- Conduct RCSA, maintain risk registers, monitor KRIs, and facilitate risk reporting.
- Advise on credit, market, operational, cyber, and conduct risks.
4. Technology, ESG & Data Analytics
- Perform ESG assessments and sustainability audits.
- Review cybersecurity, IT controls, data privacy, and fintech risks.
- Use Power BI, SQL, Power Query, and Excel for data analytics and audit automation.
5. Reporting & Client Management
- Prepare audit reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Manage client communication, project timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Present findings to senior management, Audit Committees, and Boards.
6. Project Leadership
- Lead audit engagements, manage teams, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct audit kick-off meetings, walkthroughs, status reviews, and closure discussions.
- Mentor team members and ensure quality standards across assignments.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
