consultation with necessary stakeholders

Project communication plans Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.
Monitor and control project scope (TCP, Quality parameters)
Monitor platform health (Time, Cost, Performance perspective). Status and
risk visibility to Leadership team using dashboards / MIS
Enable Platform team with scenario planning on Change Requests that arise
through scope, engineering, Concern Resolution etc
Preempt and mitigate any potential risks that might arise, to ensure C losure
of the stage gates with desired quality less/no deviations)
Coordinate platform level reviews (CPH, PEH, PPH, PMH & PD Head, PC)
For M4/M2, coordinate with functions and drive feasibility (time and
business case) of new PRF’s as per Project Admittance process
Ensures trade offs are in line with platform TCP targets
Manage PMS data for all stake holders.
