Role Overview
Pipixel & WestBank Corp is hiring a Business Development Manager for real estate to drive project sales, build strategic partnerships, and generate high-quality business opportunities. This is a leadership role focused on revenue growth, channel partnerships, and managing the sales pipeline - not just individual selling.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Develop and manage channel partners, brokers, and referral networks
- Build relationships with investors, developers, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities in the real estate market
Revenue & Sales Strategy
- Drive project sales and achieve revenue targets
- Design and execute sales strategies for different projects
- Work closely with marketing team for lead generation and campaigns
Lead Pipeline Management
- Oversee inbound and outbound leads
- Improve lead quality, follow-ups, and conversion rates
- Ensure strong pipeline visibility and reporting
Team Leadership
- Manage and guide sales executives
- Set targets, monitor performance, and improve team productivity
- Train team on pitch, client handling, and closing techniques
Client & Deal Management
- Handle key client meetings and high-value deals
- Support team in negotiations and closures
- Ensure premium client experience throughout the journey
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales/business development
- Strong network of brokers/channel partners (preferred)
- Proven track record in revenue generation
- Experience managing or leading a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Presentable and confident personality
Good to Have
- Experience in Mohali/Tricity real estate market
- Exposure to premium/luxury projects
- Existing investor or HNI network

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
