Position: Digital Marketing ManagerRoles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate high-quality leads for sales teams
- Handle SEO, Google My Business & website optimization
- Create engaging content, creatives, reels, and campaign strategies
- Coordinate with graphic designers and sales teams
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Manage CRM lead flow and digital inquiries
- Improve brand visibility and online engagement for Makliv Infra
Required Skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Social Media Marketing expertise
- Basic understanding of SEO & website management
- Creative thinking and campaign planning skills
- Good communication and team coordination
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing preferred
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing
- Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage
