Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for General Insurance and Employee Benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, Procurement teams and business owners.
- Understand client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and participate in negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to policy issuance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
- Coordinate with insurers for competitive quotations and ensure timely policy servicing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
