Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and manage official documents such as invoices, shipping documents, internal reports, or client deliverables.
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update document management systems and filing structures (physical or digital).
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., operations, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, vendors, government agencies) to ensure timely documentation and approvals.
- Track document statuses and ensure timely submission of reports or forms.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure document integrity and consistency.
- Support process improvements related to document creation, storage, and retrieval.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in documentation, data entry, or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
