- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Provide customers with order status updates, shipment details, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer feedback and work towards effective resolution of issues.
- Prepare and maintain customer records, reports, and correspondence.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Monitor customer requirements and communicate them to internal departments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding orders and service quality.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
