Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Data Analyst Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs for aspiring and professional data analysts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis tools, statistical concepts, data visualization, and business intelligence platforms, along with excellent teaching and communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for developing course materials, conducting hands-on sessions, mentoring learners, and evaluating their progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Data Analytics training programs.
- Conduct instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and practical lab exercises.
- Teach core data analytics concepts, including data cleaning, data transformation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
- Train learners on tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Create and update training materials, assignments, projects, assessments, and case studies.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and guidance to learners.
- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and project reviews.
- Assist learners in developing industry-relevant portfolios and real-world projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
- Collaborate with academic and corporate teams to improve training effectiveness and curriculum quality.
- Support learners with interview preparation, resume building, and career guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Analytics Trainer.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- SQL
- Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and database systems.
- Strong presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
- Experience in online and classroom training environments.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
