Cyno Pharmaceuticals is looking for driven, personable individuals from a clinical or allied-health background to join as Clinical Coordinator Trainees. This structured, 3-month traineeship offers rich exposure to professional healthcare engagement, field coordination, and doctor-facing communication — all under complete guidance and mentorship. It's an ideal launchpad for freshers seeking meaningful, real-world clinical-industry experience, with a strong possibility of conversion into a full-time position carrying expanded clinical training responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Cyno Pharmaceuticals at medical conferences and healthcare events, engaging visiting doctors and building professional rapport at the company stall (complete training and talking points provided).
- Identify practitioners with genuine interest and coordinate potential follow-up meetings in alignment with the reporting manager.
- Conduct guided follow-up visits with designated doctors to present the organization's value proposition and explore collaboration opportunities, using frameworks provided during onboarding.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and organized records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Contribute field-level observations and ideas that may be pitched to leadership as potential future initiatives.
- Build foundational knowledge of pharma business operations, doctor engagement practices, and professional field conduct.
- On successful completion of the traineeship, eligible candidates may be onboarded into an expanded role involving training grassroots healthcare staff (GDAs) on basic vitals assessment and supporting telemedicine coordination for rural health initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical/allied health discipline: BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or BPT.
- Foundational understanding of medical knowledge, and basic clinical concepts and their application.
- Freshers welcome — this is a trainee-level role; no prior field or industry experience required.
Core Skills & Competencies
Communication (Non-Negotiable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and the regional/local language, where applicable) — the ability to engage doctors confidently, clearly, and professionally is essential and non-negotiable for this role.
Clinical Foundation
- Working knowledge of basic clinical concepts, medical terminology, and pharmaceutical fundamentals — sufficient to engage credibly with healthcare practitioners.
Field & Interpersonal Readiness
- Willingness to travel locally for conferences and doctor visits.
- Confident, personable demeanor with strong relationship-building instincts.
- Professional grooming and presentation suited to representing the organization externally.
Technical & Digital Proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management, reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) for collaborative documentation and communication.
- Ability to independently manage and organize digital records, trackers, and lead databases with accuracy.
- Proficient in using virtual communication and collaboration tools (email, WhatsApp Business, video-conferencing platforms) for professional coordination.
- Working familiarity with navigation and route-planning applications to optimize field visit logistics.
- Adaptability to CRM and lead-management platforms, with the ability to quickly pick up new digital tools introduced during training.
- Competence with digital scheduling and calendar tools to coordinate multi-stakeholder meetings efficiently.

- Openness to structured coaching and the ability to apply feedback quickly.
- Comfortable proposing ideas and observations for consideration by leadership.
Engagement Terms
- Duration: 3-month structured traineeship, fresher-level, with a monthly stipend.
- This is a corporate traineeship with Cyno Pharmaceuticals and is independent of, and not a substitute for, any mandatory clinical/rotatory internship required for degree completion or professional registration.
- Conversion to a full-time role with expanded clinical training responsibilities is contingent on performance and organizational requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
