JD For Document Controller
1. Reporting to the Head Projects / RCM / Planning Manager .
2. Managing day to day administration of the document management system.
3. Ensuring the efficient delivery of project requirements.
4. Performing a comprehensive quality check on each document and associated documents, following the programme defined documents protocols.
5. Ensuring the team’s adherence to the processes and procedures and providing guidance when a deviation occurs.
6. Performing periodic quality checks to the system registers.
7. Supporting the team on routine and ad hoc project-wide assignments.
8. Producing quantitative, status and analysis reports.
9. Proficient in MS Office Packages especially MS Excel.
10. Capable of handling large amount of data and performing analysis of the same on a regular basis
