To manage and deliver accurate MIS reporting, sales analytics, and operational coordination to support Sales & Marketing functions. The role ensures timely reporting, effective data analysis, and coordination with internal teams to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities 1. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, mid-month, 28th day, and monthly MIS reports for management and HOD. Generate stock availability reports against pending orders and coordinate with the field force. Prepare Primary and Secondary Sales reports and share with HO and field teams. Prepare CNS-wise and month-wise sales forecasts. Maintain and update sales, stock, and performance dashboards. 2. Sales Operations Support Prepare HO order requests and coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Distribution teams. Track product shortages and follow up with the distribution department. Prepare Inter-Branch Transfer (IBT) reports for stock movement. 3. Field Coordination Coordinate with field staff for new stockist appointments and doctor appointments. Communicate with the field team regarding stock updates, sales performance, and targets. Respond to field queries and ensure timely resolution. 4. Financial & Administrative Support Support the annual budget preparation process. Monitor stockist credit limits and coordinate with relevant departments for revisions. Track overdue outstanding payments and coordinate with field teams for collections. Manage concurrence and documentation for payments including field activities, HO executive expenses, and tour claims. 5. Incentive & Performance Data Prepare incentive raw data and share with the SFE department for further processing. Track weekly and monthly target achievements and report performance updates. 6. Process Improvement Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal processes. Simplify reporting systems and improve MIS efficiency. Provide accurate reports, analysis, and presentations to management and internal stakeholders.
