Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role involves generating sales, understanding customer requirements, promoting company products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generate sales through regular client interactions and follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Present and promote company products to clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and update management on business development activities.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
