Job Title: Field Officer (MFI)
Location: Pudhukottai (Male & Female)
Qualification: upto 10th
Job Summary:
The Field Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring field activities, engaging with local communities, collecting data, and ensuring project goals are met. This role involves regular travel to project sites and working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and implement project activities
- Collect data and report findings
- Build relationships with community members and local authorities
- Support trainings and awareness sessions
- Submit regular field reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- 1+ year field experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Knowledge of local language is a plus

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
