Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, graphics card support and providing support for hardware/ software related issues.Basic knowledge in firewall maintenance (fortinet)
Experience in disk management, partition profiles, managing and verifying the backups.
Experience in network/desktop printer driver installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
Good Knowledge and experience in Networking Domain environment, cabling, patching & LAN troubleshooting.
Good knowledge and experience in TCP/IP configuration, smooth running internet and maintenance.
Experience in implementing DHCP, DNS, FTP.
