Experience: 1–5 years preferred
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Technical experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PVC/CPVC pipe extrusion machines and complete production activities as per the production plan.
- Set and monitor extrusion machine parameters, including temperature, pressure, speed, and cooling conditions.
- Handle machine start-up, shutdown, die change, size changeover, and basic process adjustments.
- Monitor pipe size, wall thickness, weight, appearance, and surface finish during production.
- Ensure production of pipes as per required quality specifications and standards.
- Identify basic machine/process problems and coordinate with maintenance or supervisors for corrective action.
- Maintain proper production and quality records.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure smooth machine operation.
- Follow all safety, quality, housekeeping, and production procedures.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in PVC/CPVC pipe extrusion manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of extrusion machines, dies, vacuum sizing, cooling tanks, haul-off, and cutting systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and process parameters.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork.
