Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in software product and application development. The candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing functional documentation, managing product backlogs, and coordinating with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand business objectives, challenges, and process workflows.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirement Analysis
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into actionable functional specifications.
- Prepare user journeys, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
Documentation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Document (FRD)
- Product Requirement Document (PRD)
- User Stories and Use Cases
- Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Workflow and Process Diagrams
Product Backlog Management
- Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs.
- Define epics, features, and user stories.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams for sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure documentation updates.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Act as a liaison between clients, designers, developers, and QA teams.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and obtain stakeholder approvals.
- Support development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering and Requirement Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and PRD documents.
- Experience in Product Backlog Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC, user stories, wireframing, and process mapping.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on Web Applications, Mobile Applications, SaaS Platforms, or Enterprise Applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Understanding of UI/UX concepts and API integrations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
