We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and improve store productivity.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain visual merchandising, stock availability, and store standards.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two
- 3+ years of retail management or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
