- Oversee daily online orders — from placement to fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Track returns, exchanges, and customer complaints to ensure resolution.
3. Digital Marketing Support
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on social media promotions.
- Assist in planning and executing online sales campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
4. Customer Experience & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through online platforms.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
