Knowledge & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Workday, Oracle HCM, MYOB and Timekeeping tools
- Working Experience of 10-12 years for ANZ Geo.
- Good knowleedge of tax legislations & super lodgements, to do year end validations ensuring accurate lodgements
- Excellent hands-on knowledge of all aspects of Payroll (Pre-payroll, Processing, Post Payrolls) upstream/ downstream to manage any escalations from Client, to close immediate corrective actions & propose tangible pr eventives.
- Should be able to manually calculate Gross to Net and handle complex payroll calculations for OTP & term priority payments.
- Should be able to manually calculate Arrears, Retro Pay, Tax balance adjustment etc.
- Payroll Reporting & governance for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly and Monthly payrolls with clear execution of BIC SLAs
