Job Title: Commis III (Kitchen)
Job Summary:
Assist the kitchen team in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support daily kitchen operations under the guidance of senior chefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, cleaning, and portioning).
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
- Support inventory management and minimize food wastage.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field (mandatory).
- 0–2 years of kitchen experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reports To: Chef de Partie / Sous Chef.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
