We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Call Centre Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in outbound/inbound sales, preferably in mechanical, industrial, engineering, or technical products. The role involves handling customer inquiries, generating sales, following up with leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for mechanical products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales team when required.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and call performance targets.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in call centre sales or tele-sales.
- Prior experience selling mechanical, industrial, engineering, or technical products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
