We are seeking a proactive Site Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in VRV/VRF systems. The candidate will oversee installation, ensure quality execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and support testing and commissioning activities at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of VRV/VRF systems, ducting, piping, and equipment at site
- Ensure adherence to design drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections, verify material quality, and monitor work progress
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Prepare daily & weekly progress reports on site activities
- Prepare measurements of work done and verify against BOQs
- Seek client approvals for design/site changes and maintain documentation
- Share performance reports of skilled and unskilled labour with project managers
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, and local codes during execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of site experience in VRV/VRF system installation and commissioning
- Knowledge of ducting, piping, and equipment installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and BOQs
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Familiarity with safety protocols and site management
- MUST HAVE BIKE AND VALID DRIVING LICENSE
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
