We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales, expand our distribution network, and develop MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) retail channels across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for distributor onboarding, channel expansion, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales and distribution strategies to drive business growth
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners
- Expand and manage Apparel MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) and retail channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, agents, and key accounts
- Lead, train, mentor, and monitor sales teams and field staff
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, budgets, and business plans
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution
- Ensure implementation of company sales policies and brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Apparel B2B & MBO channel sales (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in distributor onboarding for apparel brands
- Strong distributor management and business development skills
- Proven team handling and sales leadership experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
