Job Summary
Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Engineer to ensure product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in quality assurance, inspection, and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and inspection records
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Develop and maintain MSA, Control Plans, and PPAP documentation
- Utilize 8QC tools to identify and resolve quality issues
- Coordinate with production, design, and purchase teams to improve product quality
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing industry
