Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Create eye-catching graphics, banners, social media posts, ad creatives, thumbnails, and promotional materials.
- Design creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral editing styles, transitions, effects, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Create engaging before-and-after transformation videos and promotional content.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and captions to improve video engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.
- Understand social media algorithms and create content that increases reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Organize and manage creative assets efficiently while meeting project deadlines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Designing and Video Editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animations.
- Experience with Canva and other creative tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Canva AI, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Ability to create engaging thumbnails, social media creatives, and advertising materials.
- Basic understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for beauty, grooming, fashion, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media content strategies.
- Experience with product photography or basic video shooting is a plus.
- Understanding of current design trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement techniques.
