Job Summary
AVS Technoquest India Ltd is looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, coordinate field engineers, and ensure timely execution of service activities. The candidate will act as a key link between customers and the service team, helping maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming service calls, emails, and customer complaints.
- Schedule and coordinate service visits, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Assign service calls to engineers/technicians and monitor job completion.
- Maintain records of service requests, job status, and customer communications.
- Follow up with customers regarding service schedules and closures.
- Coordinate with inventory/stores for spare parts and material requirements.
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports.
- Track AMC and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer issues.
- Support the service team in achieving operational targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or operations will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) required.
