Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress trackers.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays/bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Consultants, Contractors, and Site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct periodic site reviews and validate project progress against planned schedules.
- Track critical activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, project dashboards, and management presentations.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
- Facilitate project review meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain project documentation and progress records.
- Support management with project performance analysis and decision-making inputs.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of project management principles, planning methodologies, and project controls.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management and scheduling tools such as MS Project (MSP), Primavera P6, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment.
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Project Planning, Coordination, and Monitoring.
- Prior experience in Hospitality, Hotel Development, Real Estate, Commercial Construction, or Mixed-Use Development projects preferred.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution stages.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
