Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic HR Manager to drive the growth of our retail showroom team. This hands-on role bridges the gap between people and performance. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier sales talent, building an efficient retail pipeline, and designing high-impact training programs that elevate customer service and maximize store sales.
Key Responsibilities
· End-to-End Recruitment: Source, interview, and hire high-performing showroom staff, including Sales Associates, Cashiers, and Store Managers.
· Onboarding & Induction: Create a seamless welcome and orientation experience for new hires to accelerate their productivity on the showroom floor.
· Training & Development: Design and deliver continuous training programs focused on product knowledge, consultative selling, visual merchandising, and customer service.
· Performance & Retention: Monitor showroom sales metrics, manage employee performance reviews, and build incentive programs to keep staff motivated.
· Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage store rosters, resolve workplace disputes, and ensure strict adherence to retail labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: 3–5 years of HR management experience, specifically within the retail, hospitality, or luxury showroom sectors.
· Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of high-volume hiring and recruiting customer-facing retail talent.
· Training Skills: Strong background in delivering sales and customer service training.
· Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
· Flexibility: Willingness to visit local showrooms and work flexible retail hours when required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
