Job Summary
We are hiring a Service Delivery Associate (SDA) – Non Cash for Aspire Banking to deliver exceptional customer service while managing and growing an assigned customer portfolio. The role involves customer relationship management, cross-selling banking products, customer acquisition, portfolio management, and ensuring compliance with banking policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Operations
- Deliver superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints within defined TAT.
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, compliance, audit, and branch operational guidelines.
- Promote digital banking channels and increase customer adoption.
- Maintain branch service standards and customer experience.
Portfolio Management
- Manage Aspire Banking customer portfolio.
- Identify eligible customers and onboard them into the Aspire Banking Program.
- Build long-term customer relationships and make RBL Bank the customer's primary banking partner.
- Conduct regular customer interactions to identify financial needs.
- Increase product holding through cross-selling bank products.
Business Development
- Acquire new customers and grow the branch portfolio.
- Achieve targets for NTB (New to Bank), ERV, deposits, and fee income.
- Generate revenue through Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Forex, Assets, and other banking products.
- Meet assigned business scorecard and portfolio benchmarks.

Eligibility
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Banking, Branch Banking, Customer Service, Portfolio Management, or Sales.
- Experience in Aspire Banking, Preferred Banking, Relationship Management, or Branch Operations will be preferred.
Preferred Certifications
- AMFI Certification
- IRDA Certification
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
