Job Title: Medical Marketing Executive / Healthcare Relationship Manager Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Medical Marketing Executive to promote healthcare services, build strong relationships with doctors and hospitals, and drive patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network in the healthcare industry, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote the organization’s healthcare services and specialties Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and key stakeholders Generate, monitor, and track patient referrals to ensure consistent business growth Plan and organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education programs), health camps, and promotional activities Coordinate with internal departments (operations, billing, patient care) to ensure seamless patient handling and experience Gather and share market intelligence, including competitor activities, trends, and opportunities Maintain accurate records of daily visits, doctor interactions, and referral data in CRM or reporting systems Develop and manage a comprehensive doctor database for ongoing engagement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and referral targets Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare preferred) Additional certifications in healthcare marketing or hospital management are an advantage Experience 1–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or pharmaceutical sales Proven track record of achieving referral or sales targets Experience in handling doctor relationships and organizing medical events (CMEs, camps, etc.) Key Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Target-oriented with a proactive approach Good knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and referral networks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Attributes Existing network of doctors and healthcare professionals Willingness to travel locally Strong organizational and multitasking skills
