Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Sales Supervisor to lead and manage the travel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, achieving revenue targets, guiding team members, improving conversion rates, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Travel Sales Supervisor will play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of the travel sales team.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.
Team Leadership
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new sales executives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with reservation, operations, and supplier teams for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure accurate booking procedures and documentation.
- Monitor booking quality and minimize operational errors.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and market opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and travel booking platforms.
