The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception to delivery. Key Responsibilities - Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements. - Prepare job cards and explain service estimates. - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. - Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles. - Recommend additional repairs or maintenance when required. - Ensure timely vehicle delivery with quality service. - Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally. - Maintain accurate service records and documentation. - Achieve customer satisfaction and service targets. - Follow Royal Enfield service standards and dealership processes. Required Qualifications - B.E., or any Bachelor's Degree. - 0–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in the automobile service industry. - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office); DMS/ERP knowledge is an added advantage. - Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
