Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between field sales reps, clients, and internal teams, managing administrative tasks, order processing, and schedule management to help the team meet target goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Administrative Support: Process incoming sales orders, quotes, and contracts accurately and track deliveries to guarantee timely fulfillment.
- Client & Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer queries, pricing requests, or order status updates, routing complex inquiries to the appropriate sales rep.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update customer records, leads, and sales pipelines in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Schedule & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate sales schedules, book client meetings, prepare presentation decks, and arrange travel logistics for the sales team.
- Reporting & Tracking: Compile weekly and monthly sales metrics, inventory updates, and target achievement reports for management.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to address invoice discrepancies, stock availability, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
Category Specifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Customer Service Specialist.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills Strong time management, high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹11,532.08 - ₹31,318.16 per month
