Role Overview:
The Account Manager will act as the bridge between clients and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage client relationships and day-to-day communication
● Coordinate campaigns between strategy, content, and design teams
● Understand client goals and translate them into actionable briefs
● Monitor project timelines and deliverables
● Present campaign reports and performance insights
Requirements
● Strong client communication and presentation skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
● Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
