We are looking for a Warehouse Associate with 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) verification, and handling Return to Origin (RTO) shipments.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure inventory accuracy, maintain warehouse records, and coordinate effectively with warehouse teams and logistics partners.

Manage the warehouse inward (inbound) process, including receiving, unloading, inspection, and storage of goods.

Execute the warehouse outward (outbound) process, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.

Verify and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), ensuring received quantities and product quality match purchase orders.

Handle Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, including inspection, reconciliation, and inventory updates.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.

Monitor stock movements and ensure timely updating of warehouse management systems and inventory trackers.

Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Quality teams for smooth warehouse operations.

Identify inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse.

Follow warehouse SOPs and maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Skincare, Consumer Goods, Retail, or E-commerce warehouses is preferred.

Good understanding of warehouse documentation and inventory controls
