Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the clinic's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, etc.).
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Design marketing creative’s and awareness campaigns.
- Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries.
- Plan and execute social media strategies to increase patient engagement.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for content creation.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements
- Experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and basic video editing.
- Good communication and content writing skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to work independently.
- Healthcare or dental industry experience will be an added advantage.
