Job Responsibilities:
- Overall operation & management of Toll Plaza activities on National Highway projects
- Supervise toll collection systems (ETC / FASTag / manual) and daily cash reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with NHAI / MoRTH guidelines and concession agreement terms
- Coordinate with toll operators, auditors, banks, and authority engineers
- Monitor traffic flow, lane performance, violations, and revenue leakage control
- Prepare daily, monthly, and annual toll reports
- Handle staff deployment, shift management, and training
- Ensure safety, discipline, and smooth toll operations
- Liaison with police, district administration, and highway authorities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years experience in Toll Plaza operations on National Highway projects
- Strong knowledge of NHAI norms, FASTag systems, and toll audit procedures
- Good communication & team-handling skills
