Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Founder’s Office Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day business coordination, communication, and operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires close interaction with internal teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of administrative and operational tasks from the Founder’s Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and ensure timely follow-ups on action points.
- Handle email correspondence, documentation, reports, and business presentations on behalf of the Founder’s Office.
- Coordinate with various departments including Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, Production, and Finance for smooth execution of tasks.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports, business data, presentations, and operational summaries for management review.
- Support the Founder in daily operational coordination and business execution activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information, documents, and strategic discussions.
- Follow up with vendors, agencies, clients, and stakeholders for pending tasks and project updates.
- Organize business meetings, events, and office-related coordination activities.
- Handle administrative responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of the Founder’s Office.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Executive, Personal Assistant, or similar coordination role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, presentations, and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maturity.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills with an execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
