Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, lead conversion, and business development activities through telecalling.
This is an office-based role with no field work involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Engage with prospective customers and explain company products and services.
- Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and business development targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in Tamil and Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, customer relationship management, telesales, or business development is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, customer relationship management, or sales-related roles.
- Freshers with excellent Tamil and Kannada communication skills may also be considered.
