Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Graphic Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, graphic design, and modern design trends. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web applications, mobile applications, branding, and digital marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities
– Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
– Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistent implementation.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to improve product experience.
– Maintain and enhance the company’s brand guidelines across digital platforms.
– Design graphics for marketing materials, social media, banners, and other promotional assets.
– Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.
– Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
– 6 Months - 1 year of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
– Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
– Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
– Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
