Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

Reporting To: General Manager / Resort Manager
Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and other F&B outlets within the property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue and profitability.
- Monitor daily sales, food costs, beverage costs, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, stock control, and vendor relationships.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and banquet functions.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop F&B team members.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 6–9 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and bar operations.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and hospitality best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
