Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Fabricator/Welder with 1–2 years of experience in stainless steel (SS) fabrication. The candidate will assist in fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication and welding activities as per drawings and work instructions.
- Assist in stainless steel sheet metal fabrication and assembly.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, drilling machines, and cutting tools.
- Support bending, forming, and fitting operations.
- Carry out TIG/MIG welding on SS components.
- Inspect finished products for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet production targets.
Requirements
- ITI in Mechanical, Welder, Fitter, or related trade.
- 1–2 years of experience in fabrication and welding.
- Basic knowledge of SS fabrication and welding techniques.
- Ability to read simple engineering drawings.
- Good attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in TIG welding.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and bending processes.
- Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
