MRLK Group is looking for a confident and energetic Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and promote our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convince customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain company projects, offers, and property details to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads regularly to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with targets and sales goals.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or calling software).
