Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily production activities as per the production plan.
- Monitor machine operations and process parameters.
- Maintain BMR/BPR and production documentation.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and quality compliance.
- Minimize rejection, wastage, and rework through proper process control.
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Support inventory control and material reconciliation.
- Supervise operators/helpers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Utility teams for smooth equipment functioning.
- Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Pharma / Cosmetics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, documentation, and production processes.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production targets.
Location: Kolgaon, Palghar
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
