Key Objectives of this Role:
- Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP programs, custom reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms and workflow using Modern ABAP techniques.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure coding quality, adherence to SAP best practices, and on-time delivery of development tasks.
- Support system upgrades, data migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP ecosystem.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timely and defect-free delivery of ABAP developments and enhancements.
- Adherence to coding standards and documentation completeness.
- Positive feedback from business and functional users.
- Number of successful deployments to production without rollback.
Key Year One Deliverables:
- Building reusable code modules and supporting system integration tasks.
- Deliver custom development required for support or rollouts timely.
